Sunday 02/02/14 (Super Bowl)

Finally the day has come. All of the hype about the Super Bowl will be over tonight. It looks like there will be good weather for the game. Milder than they taught it would be. But not here. This morning, even with beautiful sunshine, it was -5 degrees. Last night's light snow made the mountains shine like diamonds. However, this sunny weather only lasts for a day. From Monday to Friday, the forecast calls for off and on snow showers and cold temps. I looked at the A-Basin web cam, many people got out early so that they could be home in time for the game. The trucks are working overtime clearing the piles of snow so that the sun can do it work. Going over a friend's house for a Super Bowl party. Thank goodness it starts here at 4:35pm. Hopefully we should be home by 8:30pm. GO DENVER
