The Denver TV station was saying if you want warmer temps, go to the mountains. In the city it was -16 degrees and it was + 8 in the mountains. However, a warming trend is coming. This morning, after another round of light snow, was mostly cloudy. We decided to go to Copper Mtn.. It started to snow around 9am and continued thru most of the day. Again the skiers  stayed home and the trails where empty. However, the beginners ski area was crowded with would be Olympic hopefuls.
